  • Before sharing check-in info, you must fill out and sign the rental agreement once your booking is confirmed.
  • Check-in: Arrive after the designated time and enter the provided code to unlock the door.
  • This unit is located in Building 5 on the 6th floor.

Property Access

  • All buildings at the resort have elevators. Units are wheelchair accessible.
  • Each unit offers free parking for one car.
  • Public parking and a trolley stop are available at the bottom of the hill. Trolley rides are available for $.50.

  • GUEST MAKING RESERVATION MUST BE 23 OR OLDER
  • A $250 security deposit hold will be placed on your credit card for any damages after your stay.
  • ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE PARTIES
    • Family groups only. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to vacate the premises immediately without refund.
    • The property manager reserves the right to refund deposits, refuse rental, or discontinue occupancy if, in their opinion, the tenant is detrimental to the property.
  • Grilling is prohibited on decks, balconies, and directly adjacent to buildings.
  • No fireworks are allowed.
  • NO PETS ALLOWED – (RESORT POLICY)
  • NO SMOKING INSIDE CONDO
    • Smoking is not permitted in any residence. A $150 fee may be charged for ionization if smoking is detected.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is prohibited. Alternative arrangements can be coordinated through property management.
  • USE:
    • The Premises shall be used only for residential purposes. No animals and for no other purpose.
    • Tenant must observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises.
    • No use shall be made of the Premises, or acts done, which will increase the existing insurance rate or cause cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.

Fees and Payments

  • $250 security deposit hold on your credit card for damages after your stay.
  • Payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express.
  • RESERVATIONS DO NOT INCLUDE: Expenses/items not mentioned, including but not limited to: transportation, tips for personal services, meals, insurance, telephone calls, or other items of a personal nature.

  • CANCELLATION/DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:
    • Cancel more than 14 days in advance: full refund. Cancel 14 days or less prior to arrival: forfeit 100% of rental fee.
    • All cancellations must be made by phone at 855-44-SWEET. Online cancellation is not available.
    • The company reserves the right to cancel the booking for any reason. All monies paid will be refunded. The company is not liable for any other costs incurred by the client.
    • The company is not liable for loss/delay incurred by fire, flood, terrorist activity, political unrest, strikes, riots, war, technical/weather transport problems, adverse weather, or any event beyond its control.

  • Each unit offers free parking for one car.
  • Trailer or car hauler parking is not allowed. Contact property management for alternative arrangements.
  • Public parking and a trolley stop are available at the bottom of the hill. Trolley rides are $.50.
